What is Intimacy to you?

Intimacy goes beyond physical touch and sexual encounters. It is about creating moments and experiences with your partner that are meaningful and bring you closer. Intimacy can be waking up and showering together, or lying on top of each other and just breathing in sync. It can be as simple as making eye contact, or as profound as setting short and long-term goals together.

For me, intimacy is about slowing down and creating space for my partner and me to just be present with each other. It's about prioritizing "us" instead of making it all about myself. It's not always about sex or talking, but about connecting on a deeper level and feeling understood and appreciated by your partner.

When we prioritize intimacy in our relationships, we create a stronger emotional bond and a sense of closeness and trust. It allows us to experience deeper levels of bliss and happiness with our partners, and to build a foundation of love that will last a lifetime.
